The Workshop
Pump Repair
In our workshop, we can repair a variety of sewage, wastewater, freshwater and swimming pool pumps from various manufacturers. We hold a stock of pump parts and also have machining facilities in-house to manufacture obsolete parts. We have several test tanks enabling us to test flow rates thus ensuring that the repaired pump will meet the required specification. We can also advise on replacement pumps and are a distributor for DAB, TT-Pumps, and MONO.
Gearbox Repair
We can carry out gearbox repairs on items up to 3 tonnes. We have a variety of presses up to 100 tonnes to be able to separate the components. Our fully equipped machine shop can make or repair shafts and our fabrication department can repair casings. Once the gearbox is stripped, the underlying fault is identified so that this can reported back to the customer. Any repair work can then be quoted if required so that the price is known before we proceed with the repair.
Electric Motor Repairs
We can repair electric motors whether it is a bearing change to a complete rewind. We always consider if the repair is the most economical thing to do as we can also supply a new motor. We stock a large range of seals, bearings and other components to minimise delays waiting for parts.
Service Levels
We appreciate that customers have different requirements, so we offer 3 levels of service:
PRIORITY - This service will prioritise the job and if necessary we can work throughout the night to complete the repair to your requirements.
STANDARD - This service means we will carry on with the job in normal working hours but will be faster than quoting as our engineers can get on with the job.
QUOTED - This service means the job is evaluated and quoted and the job will only proceed once the quote has been accepted.
