Fan Balancing and Repairs
Usually, the issue with a fan is the motor, but we can recondition fans of all types. We can overhaul the fan in our metal fabrication department, including shaft repairs and arrange for dynamic balancing of the fan. Our mechanical engineers can attend the site to change bearings and align pulleys. For complete units, our electricians can attend the site to isolate and remove items for maintenance.
Balancing
We offer a balancing service to rotors and fans up to 700mm in diameter and 100kg total mass. We can balance several fans on-site and have two trained operatives in site balancing. This complements our on-site condition monitoring to predict and prevent the failure of equipment on site.
