With a fleet of vehicles and a large team of engineers, Fyfe Wilson can provide a 24- hour all out service to your site for both Electrical and Mechanical breakdowns and repairs, our services complement each other with the Electricians available to identify any electrical fault and the Mechanical team to resolve any mechanical faults
We can also offer a maintenance service and regularly service generators, ventilation systems and pumping installations.
Condition monitoring and laser alignment of pulleys and belts are also available.
We can offer a fan balancing service both in our works and on site.
We endeavour to utilise the same engineer for the return of an item so that they have the knowledge of the site, improving efficiency.
Service Contracts
Although service contracts are not required as we can respond to any emergency outside a service contract, you may prefer the piece of mind offered by having a service contract in place. If you wish to set up a service contract, let us know and we can give you a quotation to cover your requirements. Our service contracts range from routine annual inspection to complete equipment cover.
Pumping Station
Fyfe Wilson has a dedicated van for servicing pumps on site. With a crane installed at the back, a pump can easily be removed from the chamber and serviced as required. If the fault is with the pump and it cannot be fixed on site, it can be returned to our workshop for repair. If the fault is electrical, one of our qualified electricians can attend and make the necessary repairs. We have electrical and mechanical engineers who are confined space trained shoud a chamber entry be required. Our workshops contain a wide range of spares for MONO and Grundfos pumps as well as bearings and seals so that the pump can be repaired and reinstalled as quickly as possible. Fyfe Wilson is also a distributor for MONO, DAB, and TT pumps and holds a range of new pumps. In some cases a loan pump can be arranged to get you out of trouble.
Mechanical onsite Repairing
Our Team is trained to repair Motors, Pumps and Fans on your site, whether it is a Motor change, Bearing and Seal Replacement, Mechanical Seal change on a pump or Pump Replacement. We also carry out Repairs to Barriers, Gates, and install Speed humps to name a few. Our Engineers are PASMA, First Aid, Confined Space Entry, Water Hygiene and Asbestos Awareness trained.
